SCREENING - EXAMINATION OF THE CONDITIONS
We offer a free initial screening of what the Swedish Migration Board requires of an employer. We make sure to avoid the pitfalls that exist and the small mistakes you can make that can cause a rejection of an application.
CERTIFICATION - FASTER DECISION
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any certification at the moment. The Swedish Migration Agency intends to phase out the certification by the end of 2023.
EMPLOYMENT OFFER
We create a job offer. The union is involved and comments on whether the offered employment conditions follow the labor market's collective agreement, or what is practice in the industry.
APPLICATION
The application is compiled and all information and documentation that must be submitted to the Swedish Migration Board is double-checked. Once the application has been submitted, you and the applicant will receive advice from us for the coming period of work permit.
MIGRATIONSVERKET PROVIDES
Normally, the processing time is 4-10 months. When the decision comes, we will inform you what applies in the near future so as not to jeopardize a future application.
